  1. What is the order process?
    You place a provisional order, including a mission statement, business goals, system and design specifications. We will provide a total cost estimate and contract. An up-front payment of 60% is required. We will begin the production of your web-site. After your approval of the final design, and final payment, we will launch your web-site in

  2. How can I make modifications?
    Modifications can be made at any time during the drafting stage of your web site, prior to launching.

  3. How am I charged?
    We offer a very cost-effective service based upon the size of your web-sit and the degree of lay-out/design necessary to adapt your needs to the Japanese market.

  4. How is payment made?
    We can issue invoices, accept all major credit cards and will accept international wire transfers.

  5. I don't need a Japanese home page but want a presence in Japan?
    We can provide Consulting services to market your business in Japan or as a low cost solution you can join our e-commerce board.

  6. What is the e-commerce board?
    It is a bulletin board where Japanese and non-Japanese companies can network, exchange ideas and look for partners to trade with.
